hbagi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbagi ("hbagi", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services available at hbagi.club, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, card games, promotional offers, account management, and customer support.

1.2 By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of hbagi, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use hbagi.

1.3 hbagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hbagi will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to registered players. Continued use of hbagi following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.5 hbagi operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All monetary amounts referred to in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated. hbagi does not accept liability for currency conversion losses where a player chooses to fund their account in a currency other than BDT.

1.6 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

1.7 No waiver by hbagi of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. hbagi's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights.

2.1 To register and use hbagi, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hbagi is strictly an adults-only platform and underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of hbagi or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You are not depositing funds derived from illegal activity, and you are not using hbagi in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal enterprise.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from hbagi or any related platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that covers hbagi.

2.2 hbagi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

2.3 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of hbagi complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. hbagi makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in every location from which it can technically be accessed. If you are unsure whether online gambling is legal in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

2.4 hbagi reserves the right to decline registration or close any existing account at its sole discretion if it determines that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, or if it becomes aware of any material change to a player's eligibility status after registration.

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on hbagi. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. hbagi employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts discovered will be closed immediately with all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. hbagi does not accept fictitious or misleading registration information. If any information provided at registration changes, you are obligated to update your account details promptly.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbagi account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances, including friends or family members who wish to place bets on your behalf. hbagi will not be held responsible for any losses, including unauthorised bets, unauthorised withdrawals, or account data changes, resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 If you suspect that your hbagi account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hbagi support immediately at [email protected]. hbagi will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily lock the account while the investigation is ongoing to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.5 hbagi uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all platform communications to protect your account data and payment information in transit. However, no digital security system can provide an absolute guarantee against all threats. Players are strongly encouraged to use a unique, strong password for their hbagi account, to enable two-factor authentication where available, and to access their account only from trusted, private devices.

3.6 hbagi reserves the right to require periodic re-verification of player identity and account information as part of ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Players who do not complete re-verification within the specified timeframe may have their accounts temporarily restricted until the process is completed.

4.1 hbagi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location and account verification status. hbagi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your hbagi account at the time of transaction. hbagi reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, including at the request of responsible gaming tools applied to your account.

4.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. hbagi does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, and any funds received from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be returned and the deposit declined. This policy is in place to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed as a priority and the vast majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within 2–5 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests to card-based payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. hbagi does not control the processing speed of third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been dispatched from hbagi's systems.

4.5 Before processing any withdrawal, hbagi may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held in a pending state until verification documents are approved. hbagi will notify the player of any outstanding verification requirements without unnecessary delay.

4.6 Withdrawals will normally be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, hbagi support will work with the player to identify a suitable alternative withdrawal route. Players must not use hbagi as a money transfer service. Depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in meaningful betting activity may result in account review and potential restriction.

4.7 hbagi does not currently charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or card-issuing bank may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. hbagi is not responsible for third-party fees imposed outside the hbagi platform.

4.8 In the event that a deposit is made in error, or a technical error results in funds being credited to your account incorrectly, you must notify hbagi support immediately. hbagi reserves the right to reverse any erroneous transaction and to recover any funds incorrectly credited, including by deducting the erroneous amount from a future withdrawal or account balance.

5.1 hbagi offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the Offers / Promotions page at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where relevant), and maximum bet size per round while a bonus is active will be stated clearly on the individual promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus-specific terms before opting in.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit to the player's account. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within their account.

5.5 hbagi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, hbagi will honour bonus amounts already credited to active accounts on a reasonable best-efforts basis, subject to review of individual circumstances.

5.6 Where a maximum cashout or maximum win limit applies to a bonus offer, that limit represents the maximum amount withdrawable from the bonus fund regardless of the actual winnings generated. Players must check the maximum win cap before accepting any bonus, as winnings exceeding the cap will be removed when the withdrawal is processed.

6.1 All bets placed on hbagi are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the accuracy of every bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. hbagi will not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been validly placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances defined in clauses 6.4 and 6.5 below.

6.2 Cricket Betting. hbagi offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championship tournaments, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers and other international teams. All cricket betting markets are governed by hbagi's sport-specific cricket betting rules, which are accessible within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any match being abandoned, suspended, or subject to an irregular outcome, hbagi's settlement rules as published at the time of the event will apply.

6.3 Casino Games & Slots. Casino games and slot titles available on hbagi are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by the rules embedded within the game itself, which are accessible via the game interface. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed in the game information section. Outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by hbagi or the player.

6.4 Obvious Error Policy. In the event that hbagi offers a market at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error (for example, odds that are manifestly inconsistent with the true probability of the outcome), hbagi reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle them at the corrected price or refund the stake at its discretion. hbagi will make every effort to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

6.5 Integrity & Match Fixing. hbagi takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any player found to have engaged in, facilitated, or benefited from match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports corruption will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and the matter referred to the relevant sporting body and, where appropriate, law enforcement authorities. Placing bets on the basis of inside information not available to the general public is also prohibited.

6.6 hbagi reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on specific markets, events, or player accounts. Maximum bet limits do not need to be disclosed in advance and may be applied at the system level without individual notification. Players who wish to place a stake above a visible market limit should contact hbagi support to discuss whether an enhanced limit is available for their account.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbagi. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one registered account on hbagi.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your hbagi account.
• Attempting to defraud hbagi through chargeback abuse, fraudulent payment disputes, or manipulation of the deposit and withdrawal process.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting system to place bets on hbagi without explicit written permission from hbagi management.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to generate undeserved winnings. Any winnings derived from exploiting a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card game tables to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or any other financial crime through the hbagi platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward hbagi support staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any part of the hbagi platform, its code, content, or data.

7.2 hbagi employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. hbagi reserves the right to place a hold on any account or pending withdrawal at any time if unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, pending investigation. hbagi will complete investigations as quickly as practicable and will notify the player of the outcome.

7.3 If hbagi discovers that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct after a withdrawal has been processed, hbagi reserves the right to pursue recovery of the relevant funds through all available legal means.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Any player may request the closure of their hbagi account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Where there is a positive real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of the closure request, hbagi will process a withdrawal of that balance to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should indicate this clearly when contacting support. hbagi will treat such requests with priority and will implement the self-exclusion immediately. A self-excluded player who subsequently contacts hbagi to reopen their account will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and may be required to complete a responsible gaming self-assessment before access is restored.

8.3 hbagi-Initiated Suspension or Closure. hbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected underage access; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or receipt of a legal or regulatory order requiring account restriction. Where hbagi closes an account for reasons other than player fault, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. hbagi will attempt to contact the player via the registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. Dormant account policies, including any applicable dormancy fee or balance handling procedure, will be communicated to the player at the time of dormancy notification.

8.5 Data Retention. Upon account closure, hbagi will retain player account data — including personal information, transaction history, and betting records — for a minimum period required by applicable law and for the purposes of resolving any outstanding disputes, fraud investigations, or regulatory enquiries. Data retention practices are described in full in the hbagi Privacy Policy.
